Joy~Photoride is an ongoing photographic journey made in and around trains, stations and the landscapes encountered in transit. The destination is secondary; the journey itself becomes the work.
Through moving windows, reflections, passing architecture and accidental encounters, I explore movement as a way of seeing differently. These journeys are also acts of freedom, curiosity and reclamation: navigating my relationship as a migrant with the place I now call home, getting on a train, and allowing the ordinary and invisibilised to become extraordinary.
